Inside Sales Representative — College Station, TX

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support our regional sales teams. You will partner closely with our Outside Sales Representatives to maximize sales and cultivate lasting rapport with our customers through social media, direct mail and email, phone and extensive networking. In this position you will be responsible for the full client relationship cycle beginning with market lead research and prospect list reviews, making the initial contacts, and establishing durable connections.

The Technical Support Specialist’s primary responsibility is first level support for all customers with managed services. This person is responsible for managing and troubleshooting the daily backup reports for backup service customers. This includes working with customers to troubleshoot backup environment issues and escalating issues, if necessary to the appropriate second level support personnel.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience (AA degree preferred)
  • 0-2 years customer support experience
  • Experience with system monitoring applications is a plus
  • Ability to perform effectively in fast paced environment with short deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated with initiative
  • Proficient at Microsoft Word and Excel
